Ownership & Usage
All final design files are delivered in standard formats (JPEG, PNG, PDF, EPS as applicable). Full rights to the final approved design are transferred to the client upon receipt of final payment. Drafts, mockups, and unused concepts remain the intellectual property of Graphic901X.

 

Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin all design projects. Remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final files are released. Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing services.
 

 

Revisions & Approvals
Logo design includes up to 2 revisions. Additional revisions are billed at $50/hr. Other design services include 1 complimentary round of revisions. Extra revisions may incur additional charges. Final approval from the client indicates acceptance of design work as completed.
 

 

Timelines
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days depending on project scope. Rush projects may be available with a 25% surcharge.
 

Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is canceled after partial completion, client may be billed for time and work invested.
 

Client Responsibilities
Client must provide necessary content (text, images, logos, brand details) before work begins. Delays in providing content may extend project timelines.
 

 

Confidentiality
All project details and client information are treated as confidential unless client grants permission to share in portfolio or marketing examples.
